Team Leads need to be able to organize and direct small groups (5 or less) of researchers and support staff on assigned projects AND is able to encourage, plan and execute team-initiated projects. |

Support staff provide the technical and administrative assistance to research teams working on projects. Facilities staff ensure the availability of equipment and facilities for researchers. Additionally, support staff support the administrative duties of DbRD executives.
